Junior Jumpers

Some of our Junior Jumpers with their trophy and certificate after completing our course.

Junior Jumpers is our bike sessions for recommended ages 4-10 years old.

This is a great way to teach your child how to ride a bike especially if you’ve tried and had no success. The progression is fast and we’ll have your child racing round in just a few hours.

Say goodbye to stabilisers. We work on unassisted riding from day 1 so if you’re child can ride with stabilisers they’ll never need them again and if you child is brand new to biking they’ll never have to ride a bike with stabilisers, EVER! If the child is brand new to bikes we’ll introduce them to the bike and get them comfortable. On average it takes 4-6 sessions to get the children ready to pass. During the sessions we’ll teach them how to ride the bike completely unassisted and teach them all the basic skills needed to be a strong competent rider, including; starting and stopping, pedalling, turning, how to use the brakes properly and how to use the gears properly if their bike has gears. Finally once we’re happy with the child’s ability we’ll pass them and they’ll receive a certificate and trophy to show they’ve gained sufficient knowledge and ability and are now capable of going on bike rides enabling them to stay fit and healthy with years of fun and enjoyment ahead of them.

Our Junior Jumpers service is £15 for a 1 hour 1-1 session. A helmet can be provided if needed. Please ensure any stabilisers are taken off prior to starting the sessions. Our sessions usually take place in and around Croxteth park.
